Denton read minutes of previous meeting.
Mike made motion to approve minutes as read,
Seconded by Becky, Passed.

Mike reported Club minutes are on Website,and,
Deadman's Pass Rest Stop is open again.

Denton reported $677.27 in Club account.

Denton canceled Convention Center reservation,check with 
Chamber of Commerce,we are not listed.
Becky offered to put Club info in various sites.
Normand made motion to that affect,seconded by Denton.
Passed.

Check on signatures for Club Checking account.
Check on Banner for Club,check with Jack about it.

Do Club Insurance.

General Discussion about Membership and Recognition.

Hermiston Club is having Club Picnic this coming Sunday
at Riverfront Park,a Potluck, 7th of June.

Alan handed out severaL Papers,and talked about New Weather
Criteria.
