Motion by Emery,Seconded by Mike,Minutes for NOV meeting 
approved by Unanimous consent.
Hermiston,(KC7KUG) Christmas party 4pm DEC 20th at the 
Chuckwagon.
W7PL HOliday party 11 JAN 5pm. $10.00 non-gender specific
present for give away.
Jack spoke about Eagle Cap Extreme sites,people needed, 
assignments,shifts,etc.
General Discussion about Sled Dog Races Logistics.
Thoughts on Possible use of the 146.800 repeater for backup?
Try to establish protocol for Emergencies,frequencys to use,etc.
Alan discussed Skywarn Recognition Day. 000 UTC DEC 6 (5th here
at 4pm) also use of 145.720 PL 88.5 WA7HJV Echolink. General

Normand made motion to have this coming years Swap Meet at 
Convention Center. Becky seconded it, Also coffee and Donuts 
for a year,(withdrawn)
Restated, To have Swap Meet at Convention Center this coming 
year. Becky seconded. Motion carried.
Convention Center Reserved for AUG 15th.
